Meet Celeina
Broker & Founder of Bella Realty Group, Celeina has been a resident of the metro Atlanta area for the past 30 years. There are countless things to love about the area, from culinary surprises, unmatched seasons, to a hallmark of the region’s beautiful geography, but for her the allure is southern charm and friendly neighbors.
Celeina’s love of beautiful homes and architecture began at an early age. As a child, she grew up in some of the most exceptional properties and she quickly inherited her parent’s passion for their unique homes. She also caught their entrepreneurial spirit and after working in the Atlanta medical profession for several years, she established a mortgage company. Her undeniable love for real estate eventually inspired her to launch her real estate career. She served as a Broker for a local real estate franchise and in 2012 founded Bella Realty Group. Her extensive background in real estate and finance allows her to uniquely assist her clients with financial decisions. She has a keen eye for interior design and knack to see potential in every property. Her goal is to pay attention to the character of each home and take pride in the ability to craft a targeted marketing campaign specific to the property. Her ability to negotiate is paramount and her knowledge of the area is essential to ensuring a successful transaction.
During a career that spans almost two decades, Celeina is known by her clients and colleagues alike for her honesty, integrity, and dedication to the best interest of her buyers and sellers. She and her husband have worked as a Team for the past 20 years, providing a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a professional network of affiliates. Her area of specialty includes North Fulton, Gwinnett, Forsyth, Jackson, and Hall counties, including golf course communities, gated communities, and Lake Lanier waterfront properties. Her annual sales exceed $15 million.
Her achievements include serving as the 2015 President of the Hall County Board Realtors®. She enthusiastically served for many years as a State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors® and as a Local Director for the Hall County Board of Realtors®. Her most notable accomplishment was being awarded the 2015 Realtor® of the Year Award on behalf of the Hall County Board Realtors®. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, and a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club.
The Houston’s enjoy boating and entertaining. They live on Lake Lanier and their home is always filled with family, friends, and visitors.
